Microdosing tends to make us feel at ease, stress free and in flow with the harmony of life. Often times when we aren't micro-dosing, we'll start to see that our current reality is clouded with stress, anxious thoughts & a more busy, racing mind. All of this reflection between both states of mind is completely normal, and a part of the process.

What is happening, is that we're starting to notice our stress as something that is not actually who we are at our most peaceful core. We start to put space between the anxiety and who we can be without it. When we're shown a more peaceful, & fun-loving self while microdosing, we're actually expanding more and more into the fullness of who we really are.

Oftentimes times, it can be very easy to start beating ourselves up for "not feeling this good all the time" or "I should have known this sooner" -- These are great thoughts to stop right in their tracks, these thoughts are belittling and hinder your growth process. You'll start to become more aware of the spaces of negative self-talk. You'll learn to let go of these voices in your head that are telling you that you're not enough.

What will actually happen, is that you'll start to identify these negative self-talk patterns, where before you were blinded to them and held captive. This is called loving awareness.

So whether you're microdosing, not microdosing, or paying attention to your internal dialogue to yourself; what you're actually practicing is becoming loving awareness.

When we learn to love each and every new awareness shown to us, we then begin to truly heal and take each step of the way as a reminder of how far we're coming. If we were never shown our shortcomings, how could we change? If we continually beat ourselves up for becoming aware of new aspects of ourselves that need work, how could we ever change? These new awarenesses are all blessings.

I invite you to start using this mantra by repeating the phrase "I am loving awareness" anytime you become aware of simply anything. Find gratitude. Internal awareness is like shining a light in the dark cave of our minds, the more we're shown, the more we simply do not know. Find gratitude for it all, for after what we're shown there will always be more but never the same.
